PROM
Prom a night for us to step out from the ordinary into extraordinary.
PROM is PROMISE, a promise to always remember this enchanting night.
Lol, those words are still fresh from my brain-ohs until now.
I know that many of you has not experienced prom yet and some unfortunately will never experience it. ;( which is sad

Okay, let me start from the beginning. The most awaited of every junior student in our school is the Junior's Promenade. It's the most awaited event. And I, unfortunately is one of those who are part of the ANTI-PROM MOVEMENT. lol
Everytime my friends talk about it, I always tell them that prom is all for HYPE and for teenage COUPLES. I know, I hated prom. The glitz and glamour behind it is just a pain in my ass.

Months passed by and everyone was getting busy. Teachers are there to remind us to look for our date. Well, for me, I already had a prom date months before the deadline so yeah I actually didn't have any problem. And yes, the guy was the one who actually asked me. Of course, guys should ask girls. Durh. Wonder who that guy is? Well, you'll meet him soon.

Our Prom was last Feb 25th so yeah. I wasn't really excited about it but January arrived and I was like
"Damn my Body. So Huge Still"

I starved myself.
Kidding, I will never do that. Plus, I can't do that.
not my nature
lol but I started to play the jumping rope every day; around 200 jumps everyday.
and wonder what my diet WAS (past; bcoz after prom, I no longer did it) :P

I didn't eat meat everyday, lessened my meat intake.
half a bowl of cereal with a non fat milk was what I ate before 6 pm ;)

It was actually good, I did loss a kilo or 2 but still .. I was HUGE.
**********Anyway, let's start straight to the preparations*******
my gown was designed and tailored from Mimi Pimentel.

Shoes are from Primadonna (i forgot to take a picture of it but I'll update this soon)
Hair and Make-Up from Jessi Mendez - the one who did it was Sir Ramon and I swear he's a genius
and of course my parents were there : full support. :)

After my hair and make up, I changed and wore my gown @ the salon.
Note that the salon was located at the mall. So yeah!
And not so near the salon was a studio, so I decided to have a photoshoot there. Lol
It was quite unusual for me to walk down and hear praises.

My dad and brother arrived at the mall too and picked us up.
Our juniors prom was held at Xavier Estates :)
It was fantabulous!
Though, while going there was quite hectic. As there was mad traffic and rain was pouring. -.-

I wasn't late but when I arrived there were bunch of people already.

haha . when I arrived he greeted me and gave me some not-so-fresh flowers but it was aight ^^
Trivia: were the contestants for the "SEARCH OF THE PROM KING AND QUEEN". WE ARE THE REPRESENTATIVES OF OUR CLASS AND I WAS SO FREAKING NERVOUS.
Issam was the prom King and everyone was so happy for him! Lol,
I didn't expect to win (especially with dancing capabilities on hand) hahaha.. :))
Nevertheless, my parents fetch me and I was so happy me!
Truly, a night to remember :)
I am really very happy that I experienced PROM.
